What kind of self-care do you practice?
“We make self-care a daily priority because we believe you can never have too much of it. I know I can’t be anything to anyone else if I’m not everything to myself first. Slow mornings and Epsom-salt baths are my sanctuary. For some reason, getting my nails done while binging a Netflix series with my nail tech feels like therapy to me. I prefer going out for those little escapes—driving with my playlist on and just enjoying the ride.
Facials, massages, and even laying on my kids’ trampoline, staring at the sky, bring me peace. After school drop-offs, I usually take a moment to meditate. I make time for breaks, road trips, or even a spontaneous staycation in a nearby hotel. Whether I’m flying somewhere far or simply filling a personal or family cup, self-care takes on whatever form I need to feel recharged and whole that day.
